  Defect details	Due to insufficient strength of the child restraint seat attachment device (ISOFIX) bracket, in rare cases, depending on a combination of factors such as the child's weight, frequency of use, and road conditions, excessive vibration stress may cause the U-bolt of the child restraint seat attachment device (ISOFIX) bracket (*the part that connects to the car seat latch) to detach from the carrier plate (*the vehicle body component where the U-bolt is fixed). As a result, the car seat that was installed may not be secured, posing a risk of injury to the child seated in the car seat in the event of an accident.
